Start by filling in your shipping and billing information. These can be 2 different addresses if needed. Just hit change and Add Address. After building both addresses use the Radial dials to choose which belongs where.
After filling in your address shipping and billing. Fill out the pet and Vet information in its entirety. For refills Choose the 'I have refills on file option.' Use the save button not the update cart button to save this info.
